Saucony are once again supporting the South of England Cross Country Championships, this year held at Parliament Hill Fields, Hampstead Heath, London (map here) on 30th January 2010.

The event timetable with approximate distances is below:

1. Under 15 Boys 4500m 11:00am
2. Under 13 Girls 3000m 11:20am
3. Under 13 Boys 3000m 11:35am
4. Under 15 Girls 4000m 11:50am
5. Under 17 Men 6000m 12:10pm
6. U20 Women 6000m 12:40pm
7. U17 Women 5000m 1:05pm
8. Under 20 Men 8000m 1:30pm
9. Senior Women 8000m 2:05pm
10. Senior Men 15000m 2:50pm


Age as at 31st August/ 1st September 2009, as per ECCA Championships
