Saucony and Guide Dogs

Saucony are pround to support the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
The relationship began unofficially at the London Marathon last year when Saucony supported some of the Guide Dogs 200 plus running team with gait analysis and advice.
Saucony have pledged to raise several thousands of pounds for the charity over each year of the agreement, in addition to providing shoes and kit to the events team throughout that time.

For every pair of ProGrid Jazz 12 shoes sold, Saucony will donate another pound to Guide Dogs.
"The partnership is an exciting step for the brand and we are delighted to be able to support the charity through both events and in store" commented Andrew Sainsbury, Managing Director at Saucony.
Our major annual event takes place this year on 18th July 2009 with the Saucony sponsored "Guide Dogs Experience Fun Run" over both 10k and 5k distances. Each runner will be raising money for the charity and has the chance to win Saucony prizes consisting of shoes, kit and other goodies. The Fun Run takes place as part of The Guide Dogs Gala Day which will attract over 10,000 people and 4,000 dogs to Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. The free family day out will consist of a falconry, dog displays and much more! For more information click to the events pages.
The introduction of Saucony's ProGrid Jazz 12 and partnership with the Guide Dog Association has been brought to life by Saucony's very own Guide Dog named "Jazzy"! Jazzy will be attending all Saucony/Guide Dog events and his progress will be monitored on this website for everyone to see!
